Pietro deVolpi, Jr. is an Associate of Schoengold & Sporn, P.C. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University in 2005 and his Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2008. Mr. deVolpi is the author of Showing Loss in Securities Enforcement Actions, 12 Barry L. Rev. 1 (2009) and Protocols for the Chief Governance Officer, 10 J. Bus. & Sec. L. 59 (2009). He previously interned for The Honorable Todd Russell Platts in the United States House of Representatives, worked as a law professor’s research assistant, and served as Managing Editor of the Administrative Law Review.
Mr. deVolpi is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to admission to the bar, Mr. deVolpi was a law clerk in the litigation department of a national multipractice firm. |
