A class action lawsuit has been commenced by Lead Plaintiff, Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of New York City Pension Fund, on behalf of purchasers of Avon Products, Inc. common stock between February 3, 2004 through September 20, 2005, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The complaint names Avon Products, Inc., Andrea Jung, Susan J. Kropf and Robert J. Corti as Defendants.
