A class action lawsuit has been commenced on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Merit Securities Corp. Collateralized Bonds Series 13 (the "Bonds"), between August 11, 1999 and May 11, 2004, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The complaint names Dynex Capital Inc., Merit Securities Corp., Stephen J. Benedetti, Thomas H. Potts, Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc. as Defendants.
