EIS International Inc. A class action lawsuit was commenced on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of EIS International Inc. ("EIS") between November 28, 1995 and March 31, 1997, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The complaint names EIS, Joseph J. Porfeli, Edward J. Sarkisian and Kent M. Klineman as Defendants. The complaint alleges that the Defendants misrepresented the synergies to be gained from the acquisitions of Cybernetics Systems Int'l and Surefind Information Inc. The complaint also alleges that Defendants failed to disclose that certain software marketed by EIS had serious functionality problems which prevented their successful sale. Plaintiffs have overcome Defendants' motions to dismiss and for summary judgment and are preparing for trial. Click here to view the complaint. No press release available.
